CANCELLATION POLICY


All guaranteed reservations (credit card or advance deposit) that need to be cancelled or changed must be done 24hrs in advance of 4 P.M. hotel time of date of arrival. If any cancellations or changes are done after the 24 hr. deadline then the guest will be charged one night’s rate plus taxes and fees. Any guest that does not show will automatically be billed for 1 nights stay.

All non-guaranteed reservations would be released at 4:00 p.m.

3. GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Rooms not confirmed with payment information will be released 7 days prior to event. All reservations will be charged at 4:00 p.m. day of arrival. Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to checkin will be charged 1 day penalty. No exceptions.
